LDF always intends and focuses on the important issue of Gender. We believe on equal opportunities for both the genders. We believe on fundamental right of education for all. For this we always strive for the rights of genders. LDF focuses on empowerment of gender through its vocational, technical and life skills training programs. For this purposes seminars, workshops and other social events are being organized time to time.  An exhibition has been conducted where working women presented their handmade items, guests for all walks of life attended this exhibition and they praised the work done by these people. This exhibition provided them and opportunity to be an entrepreneur and they earn handsome amount by selling their products.
